STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The client explicitly waives its own standard terms and conditions, even if those terms were established after these Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any deviations from these terms must be expressly agreed to in advance in writing to be valid.

1. Payment Terms

Our invoices are payable within 21 working days unless a different payment timeframe is indicated on the invoice or order form. In the event of non-payment by the due date, Moboful Technologies reserves the right to impose a fixed interest charge amounting to 10% of the outstanding amount. Additionally, Moboful Technologies is authorized to suspend any services without prior notification in cases of late payment.

If a payment remains outstanding more than sixty (60) days after the due date, Moboful Technologies reserves the right to engage a debt recovery service. All legal and recovery expenses will be the responsibility of the client.

2. Withholding Taxes

Certain countries apply withholding taxes on invoiced amounts as per their local regulations. Any withholding at source will be paid directly by the client to their local tax authorities. Moboful Technologies shall not be held liable for costs related to a country’s tax legislation. The invoiced amount is payable in full to Moboful Technologies and does not include any costs related to the client’s local tax laws.

3. Service Commitments

Moboful Technologies commits to providing high-quality services in accordance with agreed timelines. However, our commitments are based on best efforts and are not obligations to achieve specific results. Under no circumstances will Moboful Technologies be obligated to act as a third party in any claims for damages made against the client by any end-user or third party.

4. Claims

To be considered valid, any claims must be communicated to Moboful Technologies in writing by registered mail to our registered office within eight (8) days of delivery of goods or services.

5. Governing Law

All contractual relations with Moboful Technologies shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Hong Kong.
